Senior Developer and Product Owner

Organizational skills:

PO (Product Owner) role for ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Software Development projects and tasks. Handover and support of all demands to ECM dev team. Training of freshers and new software development resources. Demand management on all ECM software dev projects and tasks. Project Management skills for bigger global projects (incl requirements engineering, communication, software design and handover to business).

Technical Skills:

• Software Design and Software Architecture.
• Requirements engineering incl. workshops with business, specification of demand, implementation as well as handover and support of the solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge on software development projects including the following technologies and standard: react, angular, node.js, PowerShell, C#, SPFx, …

Microsoft 365 Admin skills:
Sharepoint Admin (onprem and online), Teams Admin, OneDrive Admin.

Java for development of plugins and solutions based on our global document management system.

Language Skills:

Business English to perform workshops and meetings with business customers, write documentation and specification.
