As part of this motivated team, you are expected to work and excel in all the phase of product development starting from Idea conception to product delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for developing Device drivers, Embedded application in an RTOS or non RTOS environment.
• You will be responsible for creating the requirement specs for device drivers, bootloaders, embedded application based on System or Product specification.
• You should be able to create detailed design documents, create test specs, implement the feature and do Unit/system Level testing for complete features.
• You should be able to understand the Electrical/Electronic Hardware and schematics
• You should follow the appropriate coding standards while implementing your design
• Work with Hardware Engineers providing support and necessary test codes for Regulatory testing and Board testing.

Key Skills

• Have Strong C , C++ skills.
• Good knowledge of RTOS concepts and experience in any RTOS like free RTOS, MicroC OS
• Excellent knowledge in Embedded programming concepts
• Must have experience right from Requirement to Release of FW including architectural design
• Minimum 6+ yrs of experience in BSP, Device Drivers, different Boot Loader, Application code development
• Linux OS Experience is desirable.
• Minimum 6+ yrs Experience in ARM based processors TI, NXP, ST Micro etc.,
• Should have working experience to read and understand schematics and basic hardware knowledge to design and
• develop device drivers, display drivers, SPI, I2C, I2S, timers, ADC etc.,
• Experience in image processing algorithms is desirable
• Experience in MATLAB, octave or any signal processing tools is desirable but not mandatory
• Working knowledge on I2C, UART, SPI, RS485, MODBUS, CAN, Ethernet Protocols
• Working knowledge in Jira both for Agile methodology, PI planning and Defect Tracking
• Working knowledge in code management tools like Git Hub &SVN etc.,
• Leadership qualities to handle Junior Engineers., ownership in handling Customer/Field Issues,
• Good understanding of multi core processor concepts
• Good understanding on cyber security concepts and implementing the same
• Basic knowledge on Power Electronics and High Wattage LED Light Products is desirable
• Good knowledge on using Lab Equipment like, Meters, Oscilloscope etc.,
• Good analytical skills to resolve issues during development and release
• Team player to co-ordinate among various functions for resolving issues
• Basic understanding of any of the wireless technologies Zigbee, Bluetooth, WIFI products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
