Industrial Manufacturing Engineer (6 meses)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Como miembro del equipo de Industrialización de la planta de Schneider Electric Meliana, serás responsable de:

• Participar en el diseño de nuevos procesos industriales de producción, almacenaje y aprovisionamiento de puestos de trabajo para un nuevo producto en desarrollo.
• Definir, validar y garantizar la evolución de los tiempos de producción
• Pilotar el sistema de información para los objetivos requeridos en un puesto de trabajo (Eficiencia del proceso, Capacidad, …)
• Asegurar la rentabilidad de las inversiones en los nuevos procesos de producción.
• Realizar los PFMEA (análisis modal de fallos y efectos del proceso).
• Asegurar la formación y soporte a los trabajadores de producción en los nuevos procesos industriales.
• Garantizar el sistema documental de métodos en cada puesto de trabajo (Work instructions)
• Aplicación de los fundamentos básicos en ergonomía.

Job / Skills

Buscamos una persona que haya participado en las siguientes fases de creación de un nuevo proceso de fabricación:

• Gestión de proyectos para la industrialización/fabricación de nuevas máquinas. (Cumpliendo con los estándares en materia de seguridad, calidad, diseño de máquinas, capacidad, costes y plazos de entrega).
• Definición de cuaderno de cargas para el desarrollo de nuevas máquinas.
• Calificación de nuevos medios productivos.
• Creación del plan de control de procesos PCP. Creación de documentación relativa a calidad (pautas de autocontrol, especificaciones técnicas)
• VSMs (mapa de flujo de valor), PFMEA (análisis modal de fallos y efectos del proceso), SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die).
• Conocimiento avanzado Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) para actualización/optimización del sistema documental
• Diseño de máquinas (AUTOCAD – INVENTOR)

• Inglés (nivel mínimo B2)
• Frances (valorable)
