JOB DESCRIPTION

– Support Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement activities in manufacturing environment

– Get a chance to lead / co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
– Learn industry quality tools, eg. problem solving methods, FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma

– Learn Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools, conduct RCA and Quality Audits

– Support in product qualification package & drafting of work instructions

– Be exposed learn and execute Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

– Learn and perform data collection and apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

– Initiate Kaizen ideas & work with a team to implement the ideas

– Be exposed to power generationservice/refurbishmentprocesses & industry

– Be exposed to advance manufacturing processes, metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive Tests methods, calibration programs, manufacturing process controls and inspection technologies
