YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on sustainable digital solutions for our industrial customers, including energy management and process information systems • Manage customer systems in remotely accessed Windows Server environments • Configure customer-specific calculations, displays, communication interfaces and reports • Conduct software testing, commissioning, and documentation • Troubleshoot errors and communicate with B2B customers to provide training and support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software services • Continuously improve and optimize our software services to meet changing customer needs and industry standards • Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure the high quality of our software services • Travel to customer sites in Spain and abroad as needed

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Process Automation, Energy technology or related fields
• Software development basics using C# and understanding of real-time and SQL databases
• Windows sysadmin experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
• Active, self-sufficient and open-minded
• Passionate about industrial digitalization and energy management and the ability to quickly learn new working environments
• Good spoken and written skills in English and Spanish
