Snr FSR- Secure Power.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Embedding Safety as our No.1 priority by leading the team’s adherence to HSE policies and processes, ensuring requirements are always met by engineers, including completion RAMS, use of PPE, Near Misses reporting and presentation of HSE Toolbox talks. Carry out HSE audits on customer sites, recording results and reporting the same to the customerand H&S team.
• Provide outstanding Customer service.
• Assist Schneider Electric FSR’s with site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
• Support the on-call FSR with technical assistance and escalate to Technical Support were necessary, including OOH.
• Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners with site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
• Encourage and promote the good H&S practices within team and use of reporting tools.
• Distribute Field Service bulletins and support SE FSRs’ and Partner FSRs’ with their implementation.
• Assist Schneider Electric back office in Spare Part identification and allocation
• Assist Schneider Electric back office with Customer Incident Reports report process and FSB rollout
• Develop Risk Assessments / Method Statements and advise team members on preparation of RAMS documents
• Possess high level of troubleshooting skill set to be able to diagnosis equipment faults using drawings, service documents and software tools
• Perform audits of customer’s electrical systems and equipment, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements
• Take part in Client Site visits and meetings to assist with technical and operational issues and advise on recommendations. Therefore, increasing revenue pull through from customers and improving customer satisfaction
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
• Cyber security champion
• Advise customers on best practice, new services and upgrade opportunities.
• You will have the chance to work with the sales teams by proactively identify sales opportunities and submit them the relevant sales specialist.
About you:
• Qualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering or other technical subject) /an electrical trade qualification orequivalent work experience.
• Be able to demonstrate related Field service work experience and a strong track record in Customer Service and Support.
• Be able to build a good customer relationship and a strong collaboration with team of engineers and back-office support.
• Due to the nature of the role relevant experience with critical systems infrastructure equipment i.e. electrical switchgear, UPS systems, electrical distribution, would be necessary
• Ability to follow organisations guidelines and procedures to develop and support FSR team.
• The ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Hold a Driving License.
