R&D Team Lead

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description: • Test planning, design test cases, execute test cases and automatic test development, work close with developer and multi-disciplinary team members. • Develop test tools and scripts to improve product quality and test efficiency, and ensure high quality before products release.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor degree (BSc) / master degree (MSc) in a relevant technical education like computer science, control technology, or electronics engineering
• Familiar with C/C++/C# programming skills, at least one.
• Familiar with using more than one scripting language, such as shell, python.
• Experience in black/white box test, automation test or test development is preferred
• Know the test procedures and test strategies, test case design methods, and test framework
• Good learning competency and self-motivation
• Good team player in a collaborative team
