Job Description

Principal duties and responsibilities for Services:

Drive Process Assignments in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Performs a wide variety of administrative/operational duties for assigned and associated team(s) & function(s) globally.

Responsible for collating enabling data to process assigned tasks in coordination with associated partners under minimal supervision and ensuring all relevant policies & procedures compliance.

Understand business to provide excellent services with high quality compliance. Demonstrate strong teamwork, acceptance to feedback, partnering PNLs with associated teams & continuously evolving to achieve excellence.

Work with on-shore & off-shore/regional & local partners to ensure compliance & smooth processing of the tasks/transactions/projects/assignments/deliverables assigned.

Ownership & accountability for all assignments/projects/transactions in terms of ensuring KPIs and Productivity Metrices of associated function/sub-function.

Consistently adapt operational methodologies and introduce innovations, global initiatives, and expert methods, to drive the business forward.

Willingness to collaborate with the team manager as and when requested, for additional assignments

Proactively acknowledge and address assigned queries/root cause analysis/mitigation or optimization plans.

Recording and documenting all critical and important communications/initiatives/savings to optimize deliveries.

Flexible and motivated to fit in dynamic and growing professional environment.

• Professional communicator (both written & verbal) with strong ability to clearly articulate and convey the understanding to peers & customers.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Business Administration with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data/Business/Supply Chain/Backend Operations.

Should or can handle Global projects and engage regional partners/associated end customers remotely.

Flexible to work in Global Time Zones in accordance with the function/process need to deliver/support on delegated assignments.

Should have or can work in Data/Business/Supply Chain/Backend Operations with professional working exposure of Data Analysis & Reporting/Project Management.

Good to have Lean Six Sigma Certifications/Quality & Audit Certifications/MIS Certification.
