For ourDigital Buildingdivision, we are looking fora Junior Service & Project Engineer (M/W/X)who works for the region of Belgium, reporting to our office in Uccle,Brussels.
Daily task and responsibilities
• Resolve Service Issue:Diagnose and resolve service issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Maintain and extend BMS-systems:Oversee various maintenance tasks including reparative, startup, and curative maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of products.
• Manage Administration:Maintain accurate records and administration tasks in the CRM system to facilitate seamless operations and customer service.
• Facilitate Training Program:Participate in and conduct training sessions to enhance knowledge sharing among customers and colleagues.
• Lead Safety Initiatives:Champion and adhere to safety rules and behaviors, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
• Communicate with Customers & Coordinators:Provide timely feedback to customers and site coordinators, fostering clear and open communication lines.
• Be on call around the clock:Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address service issues promptly and efficiently.

Not afraid to critically assess and challenge existing procedures for potential improvement.
You are someone with:
• Some background or experience in BMS (Building Management System) or automation Systems: You’ve already got a notion of script & function block programming methods, SCADA systems and common field bus communication (Modbus, BACnet, LON, …) and ethernet.
• HVAC (heating-ventilation-air conditioning) systems:you are able to understand HVAC-systems and can interpret PIDs, Hydraulic diagrams and functional descriptions.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in French and English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and open to learn Dutch.
• Driving License: Valid driving license to facilitate on-site visits and services.
• IT & Cybersecurity Acumen: Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity principles to ensure safe and secure operations.
