The IT department is hiring! The IT Applications Analyst – MES is a business facing role responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) areas.

As an IT Applications Analyst – MES, a typical day might include the following:

• Coordinates across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments
• Effectively identifies and resolves system issues and appropriately communicates items to management, business process owner and users
• Responsible for IT Applications documentation, including, converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports
• Configures reports (tabular, trend and labels)
• Performs daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration.
• Provides SME support and works closely with functional departments on projects to develop, implement and enhance the system
• Provide application assistance prior to, during and post Regulatory/Partner inspections
• Processes IT Applications change control requests
• Works with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach.
• Trains other IT Applications employees
• Coordinates with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner.
• Provides end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
• Participates or may lead IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
• Other duties as assigned

This role may be for you if you have:

• Experience with technical writing & process mapping
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in project management helpful

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field and:

• Associate IT Applications Analyst: 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Analyst: 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Senior Analyst: 5 years of relevant experience
• May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process
• Project Management Experience, professional qualification preferred

Salary Range (annually)
$58,480.40 – $124,300.00
