We are currently seeking aField Service Engineerto join ourBuilding Automationteam in Singapore.Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus onBuilding Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients
MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge ofBuilding Management System (BMS),andControllerProgrammingsuch as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming.
• Willingness to travel to customer’s sites island wide.
• Being able to follow flexible work schedule and respond to ad-hoc requests.
WE VALUE:
• A&A Project work experience
• Experience in other domains of Building technologies (Fire Alarm,Security, HVAC, ACMV, etc.)
• Good written and oral communication
• Good presentation skills
