Responsible for coordination of Monitoring and Diagnostics Field Service Engineering team

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact to coordinate between Customer Support, Field Service Engineering, Inventory management and the Customer to ensure timely and complete scheduling and logistics.
• Own and drive a strong process, focus aimed at meeting internal and Customer goals and expectations.
• Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity.
• Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives.
• Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
• Serve as conduit for maintaining process integrity and voice of the customer (VOC)/voice of the field (VOF) requirements.
• Engage Process Leads when identified change in existing process is required.
• Work directly with Regional Customer Service teams for escalation.
• Conduct Audits for VOC data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience

• Proven Field Service experience in a technical environment

• Proven applied understanding of Project Management concepts on a cross-functional and business level.
• Proven ability to integrate cross-functional and business perspectives into problem-solving and issue management.
• Proven ability to identify objectives, resources and procedures of assigned projects
• Proven ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches and give recommendations based on business and professional knowledge
• Ability to provide guidance to other employees
• Ability to make decisions with broad parameters
• Proven applied knowledge of managerial/leadership
• Extensive knowledge of GE Vernova M&D products and processes, concepts and techniques (planning, delegating, coaching, evaluating, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceMax, SAP, SFDC and Microsoft.

The base pay range for this position is 78,800.00 – 105,000.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% variable incentive bonus.This posting is expected to close on10/14/24.​

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
