Your IMPACT:

From a technical point of view, we prefer if you have solid experience with Enterpriser Java for backend development. You probably have a university degree in Computer Science or similar field related to software development. You are a team player, and you have:
• Extensive experience with large and complex enterprise systems.
• Interest in the Data Center Domain and Products.
• Experience and proven track record with enterprise backend libraries and frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Wildfly, PostgreSQL, J2EE, JSON/REST, Swagger).
• Not a requirement but advantage if you have interest in Kubernetes and terraform.
• But most importantly – you are eager to learn the domain
The personality traits we are looking for is Team Player and Domain Learner. The domain is complex and at the same time exciting.
You know that you are success after 6 months if you:
• have achieved a good understanding of the domain
• are part of developing the backend architecture
• are sparring with the rest of the team about solutions

Our day to day development process is agile where we are leveraging aspects of SAFe to help us scale across the organization. Most teams are organized as Stream-Aligned Teams with full end to end responsibility of a specific area of the application.
