YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commissioning, configuring, troubleshooting and retrofitting existing automation systems (DCS, HMI, PLC, SCADA), either hardware or software assets, communication networks and infrastructure. Support commissioning teams by ad-hoc problem-solving. Communication with ABB support networks for quick resolution of customer issues Visit installations on-site in order to resolve issues Reporting and documenting relevant actions. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future Travelling mainly within Greece, as the role requires hands-on support at customer sites
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• Electrical Engineering or Automation background (Bachelor’s or Master’s equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial environments
• Previous experience in commissioning and maintenance of automation systems and communication networks
• Good command of Greek & English Language
• Strong Computer literacy
• Driver’s license and Ability to travel around Greece on demand at high frequency for extended duration
• Self-motivation and a desire to learn about new technologies
• Team Spirit and a solution-focused approach
