Job Description

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include assisting the operations group in collecting, compiling and analyzing data for various projects.  This includes working with databases, reviewing production data assisting with run tickets, maintaining DOT pipeline records, and production performance.   Additional responsibilities will be working with invoices and project coding.
Responsibilities will include supporting functions to our operations. Ability to meet demanding work load and deadlines. 
Verify accuracy of production data. Coordinate operational reporting to the appropriate departments and outside agencies. 
QA/QC of field reporting.  
Process vendor invoices.  
Validating vendor information in the Accounts Payable System. Researching statement balances and answering Vendor inquiries and questions. Assist other Administrative Department personnel with special projects as needed. 

Qualifications

Must have database management skills (SQL is a plus)and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.  
Experience of ProCount oil and gas entry software preferred.  
Knowledge of Spotfire and GIS a plus.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplined environment.  
BS in computer science or related discipline.
