YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serving as ABB’s prime interface with customer, authority, sub-contractors, and site personnel, on all HVAC control and automation, F&G detection system, Fire suppression system (including foam pipe) and telecom matters Carrying out design and engineering activity for onshore and offshore E-house integration projects in accordance to project specification and international standards, including cabling and installation details Being responsible for the delivery of HVAC, F&G detection and suppression system on project schedule with customer satisfactory Ensuring implementation of design to customer specification/international standards/regulations. Involving in commercial and technical evaluation for bid and vendor procurement. Handling technical review / schedule follow up during detailed engineering, procurement, and assembly of sub-vendor equipment.Coordinating with the project team members from other business lines (project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation and commissioning, etc.) Leading factory acceptance test with client and subcontractor. Supporting site commissioning activities to ensure the complete project delivery Coordinating to close out all punch list generated during FAT, MC ITR and SAT. Issuing follow-up and closing up of deviation reports Ensuring safety in design and safety on site during the commissioning activities. Ensuring accurate red line mark up transfer to As Built documentation. Responsible for timely submission of documentation and As Built documentation to support milestone invoice
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine & Offshore HVAC, F&G detection and suppression Projects
• Familiar with NFPA, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV/ ABS/ etc class requirement
• Required to have knowledge in HVAC/ F&G testing and commissioning either in Offshore or Plant Projects
• Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project. Good understanding of HVAC operation and control, F&G detection and suppression system design requirement
• Basic knowledge on piping specification and requirements
• Good Communication skills
