Job Summary

• New product design to complete the product portfolio.

• Existing product enhancements to improve customer experience.

• Customized special engineering design to offer optimized valve solution.

• Maintain engineering system.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead/Participate in many kinds of NPD project, such as game changing technology, market coverage, margin expansion and core.

• Finish design engineer responsibility along with project schedule, such as valve design, actuator design, engineering calculation, simulation, drawings making, and project management.

• From the perspective of the R&D department, evaluate product portfolio and product performance per feedback from final customer & comparison with mainstream products. Conduct improvement projects for existing product platform.

• Keep engineering system parameters accuracy to meet functional teams’ requirement, such as forecast, inventory and material driving signal, and meet company target based on guideline.

• Coordinate with functional team to speed up responses, provide solutions based on customers’ requirement, and perform the related engineering calculation, analysis, and design.

• Make a summary of any issues that happened in the project implementation process, including but not limited to project delay, resource allocation, scope change, discrepancy between customer’s expectation and actual status.

• Finish other programs and activities timely based on working requires;

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, majoring mechanical engineering or related.

• Design working experience on mechanical engineering or related.

• Be familiar with CAD software (Solidworks is preferred) and strong MS Office skills.

• Good capability and experience for project execution, result driven and process improvement.

• Good customer service, good communication skill and strong leadership.

• Proficient English in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
